The ThemsPro Turnover Team originated from a pressing need. As with many thriving property management enterprises, our journey began with perfecting the craft of hosting and managing our portfolio of short-term rental properties.
After working with independent contract cleaners and residential cleaning companies, it became clear that specialized training was crucial to maintain the elevated standards we promised our guests.
By employing our own staff, meticulously choosing the appropriate team, and investing in thorough training for each individual, we assure that every turnover task is executed with utmost excellence.

HOW WE DO IT
1. Pre-Cleaning:
During our pre-clean process, we start by taking 'before' pictures of the home (if the client requests), notify & collect any items left by the previous guests and store them where requested, the pretreat heavily soiled areas like toilets, sinks, and shower/tubs, and strip off bedding linens.
Key Features:
Take pictures (if requested)
Report any item/s left behind
Clear rooms of all unwanted items and dispose of them accordingly.
Place soiled linen & towels in the laundry bag for washing and ironing
Pretreat bathrooms
2. "Good Working Order" Inspection:
*If requested, we will report if any of the basic operations of the home are not working, test the heating and cooling system (based on season), note any water leaks, check for lights and bulbs to be functional, and that TVs work, and create a damage report for client and management based on protocols.

3. Deep Cleaning:
Every Room Receives:

Thouroghly cleaning high and low (including ceiling fans, picture frames, and lamps)

Cleaning cabinets -- inside and outside

Removing cobwebs, & wiping walls to remove stains and scuffs

Cleaning and polishing all furniture with the right products & tools

Cleaning the carpets and mopping or polishing all floors

Taking-out rubbish, and cleaning all the rubbish bins

Cleaning & disinfecting all high-touch points (light switch, doorknobs, etc.)

Staging and doing final guest-ready touches

Final Inspection & Quality check - a thorough 100% guest-ready checklist completed
4. Final Inspection & Quality Check
We inspect your home to ensure that its condition and presentation meet both your standards and ours.

- Notes, details, suggestions, along with photos and videos documenting the home's cleanliness, will be provided on the cloud for review.

5. Locking Up & Securing the Property
As the final step, we performs a walkthrough of the property ... this gives you assurance that no aspect of your home security was overlooked after turnover.

Ensure:
- all windows are closed
- lights returned off (unless advised otherwise)
- AC/Heating is adjusted (if necessary)
- alarms are set
- front doors are double-checked to ensure they are securely locked.
